This Haitian Blue coffee comes from Coopacvod, one of the oldest known cooperatives in Haiti. It’s the only Arabica Blue Mountain being exported and the only organic coffee found in Haiti. Coopacvod is dedicated to growing 100% organic and shade-grown coffee.
The cup is mellow, smooth, and creamy, with notes of roasted almonds. It has low acidity, a medium body, and a smooth finish with astonishing balance.
